Account Deletion

SportsMonkey lets you request account deletion directly in the app or by email if you cannot access your account.

Delete from the app

Open SportsMonkey, go to Profile > Privacy & Security > Delete Account, then confirm the deletion request. Your active sessions are ended after the request is processed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@sportsmonkey.org from the email address linked to your account and ask for account deletion. We may request information to verify your identity before processing the request.

What happens after deletion

  • Your public profile is hidden immediately.
  • Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.
  • Underlying data may be retained for up to 12 months for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, security, and dispute resolution.
  • Some game/team records may be retained in anonymised or limited form to preserve platform integrity and historical records.
  • You may contact support during the retention period if you believe the deletion request was made by mistake.
